Sometimes I'll be watching a Japanese Drama and come across a scene that somehow appeals to me- whether it be the lighting in the trees, the composition of the buildings or simply the relaxed feel it gives me, and I'll just HAVE to screencap it. Sometimes I'll use the caps in my blog when I'm talking about the show, or (as you can see at the bottom of the page), sometimes I'll use them in my blog headers (like this capture above from Tiger & Dragon that I've been using for years!), but for the most part they just sit on my J-drama harddrive taking up space, so I figured "Why not upload them to brighten up the blog?"...To that end, I'll be periodically posting up scenes now and then (much like my J-Drama Happenings and Cute Girls In Japanese Dramas Eating Series), starting with these recent captures from Double Tone, Galileo2 and Gekiryu~Watashi wo Oboete Imasuka?
*Sigh*, I don't know what it is about these scenes, but I just love their composition and the way the character is framed by their surroundings. Gives me a very nostalgic feeling.
