From CoCo Every to Coffee Ikaga Desshou?

One of the big plot points in Tomoya Nakamura's last drama “Kono Koi Atatamemasu ka”  was their idea to create a mini-convenience store on wheels which could enable them to drive their stores to whatever location they wanted.
Anda almost seemingly like a direct continuation of his last drama,  Nakamura stars in this new drama "Coffee Ikaga Desshou?" as Hajime Aoyama, a man driving a Portable Coffee Truck to various destinations each episode.
Unlike Koi Ata, however, which was a mostly serious story about a businessman and his muse, this drama seems to be kind of a zen “slice of life” style, with Aoyama serving coffee as well as sage advice to his harried customers whom he seems to appear in front of just when they need him most!
In the first episode we meet Kakine Shima (Kaho), an office Worker who tries to give each customer the best service she can, giving handwritten notes in each package, though her superiors feel she is wasting time on unnecessary frivolities.
They instead praise the flighty baba (Rika Adachi)  for her quick work in which she avoids any kind of personality or care to it.
Kakine feels down as she eats her lunch alone, but the aroma of coffee greets her, and she is met with a gentleman in a lunch wagon who, like her, appreciates time and consideration to create things which have real value.
As he prepares her coffee, he grinds the beans and then slowly administers the water, bit by bit. True, the process is long, but patience is rewarded with a fine cup of coffee! Thus Kakine is reassured her extra effort in her job is valuable.
This charming young barista seems to have arrived just when Kakine needed it, and she makes a point of having a cup of coffee and warm conversation each day!
By the time she has found the strength and resolve to do things her way with conviction, the mysterious Coffee Van has gone, moved on to its next destination!
The next storyline involves a woman named  Misaki Hayano (Shihori Kanjiya) who is so bored with her meandering and dull life that she considers ending it all, But once again, the mysterious coffee truck appears before her and she is shown that there are things to appreciate in even the littlest of things.
Epilogue shows that Aoyama is on the run from some people, which is why he is constantly on the move. Not sure I need this motivation or backstory added to the drama which is just fine as a winsome story to watch.
PS: Lots of actresses I like are going to appear in future episodes, Asami Usuda and Miwako Kakei among others!
