WOWOWOW What a PRETTY picture!
We’ve moved to the stage in the drama where the one-time student and teacher involved in an unrequited romance are reunited once again after five years, where we see Sae has blossomed into a beautiful woman!
Though Sensei Nitta (Yuta Nakajima) has moved on from the scandal, found a new job and gotten married, it seems out precious Sae Izumi hasn’t relinquished her feeling for her teacher, and as fate (and a few manipulative persons involved) somehow brings them back together time and time again, sparks are sure to reignite!
Below: Going to a lavish event to drop off documents for her Boss, she intends to deliver the papers and go, but in the end decides to stick around....
Her intention is to merely mingle, but to her great surprise, she finds Sensei Nitta there!
The Sensei she sees before her now has changed much from the kind and thoughtful teacher of the past, and they have some words..
...but in the end, Sae realizes she still has feelings for her former teacher.
In all forbidden romances like these there’s always the third wheel, and that’s Shintaro (Yuto Takahashi), the guy who’s been there for Sae every time her feelings are dashed ever since childhood, and you just gotta love how he picks her up, both spiritually and literally (when her tender tootsies are aching from the fancy high heels).
Chivalrously offering to piggyback her to give her tired feet a rest, Sae is initially shocked at the suggestion...
But after looking around to see if anyone is watching...
...decides to take him up on his offer!!!
Sadly, Shintaro will most likely be a mere casualty when this drama gets going! Too bad as it's the only time you really see Sae truly smiling!
As you can see by these overabundant screencaps, I was in a tizzy; simply HEAD over HEELS swooning over Ai Yoshikawa in this chapter- she was SO precious!!! Been really invested in this drama and am just DYING to see what happens next!!!
