On January 31, both DAIGO and Kitagawa shared the happy news via their respective blogs. Kitagawa wrote, "My new life has started as a mother of two. It's a learning process, but I want to enjoy it while supporting each other as a family. Please continue to support me."
Meanwhile, DAIGO commented, "Both mom and baby are healthy. He's a handsome baby boy. I'm a NPP! ('niji no papa' in DAIGO language which means 'dad of two kids')."
