The J-Drama Waiting Game

Very excited about the new Fumino Kimura Crime Drama "Ishi No Mayu"- I love Fumino and have enjoyed her dramas, but heretofore they have all been of the humorous/cute variety, and am looking forward to seeing her in a tough, kick-butt role for the first time!
Well, I downloaded the RAWs (By the way, why is RAWs always spelled in caps? Is it an acronym?) and now must wait patiently, praying that someone will subtitle the show. While I wait, I’m reminded of that old Polar Bear Meme  “And Now The Waiting Game Begins”. The Saga of the Polar Bear and his love for Apples is a perfect analogy of what the non-Japanese Speaking J-Drama fan must go through!
