Holyland 終わり

Ishigaki Yuma and Mizutani Yuri

Just finished watching the highly entertaining drama HOLYLAND, the Ishigaki Yuma series based around Street Fighting that reminded me not just a little of INITIAL D's formula, where each episode would have the hero being challenged by a new foe with a different technique. Besides showcasing some great fight scenes, the show also featured pretty Mizutani Yuri as the love interest for the hero, always a big plus!


Watching a drama that is still in the subbing process can be an exercise in extreme patience, but to give the great IKEMEN SUBBING their credit, they never gave up on the show, and over the period of a few months, managed to "release" an episode or two pretty regularly! I started watching Holyland in late July, and was excited as could be when I checked up on the latest goings-on at d-addicts today, and found the 13th final episode up for grabs! YATTA!
