Was just talking the other night about how pleased I am to see cutie-pie Haruka Fukuhara getting more recognition in dramas nowadays. I had remarked how great it was to see her co-starring in the new Yamapi drama Shoujiki Fudousan and I just discovered that she's in ANOTHER drama that came out this week, "Imadoki no Wakai Mon wa", co-starring with Takashi Sorimachi!!! WHOA!
In this drama she plays a newbie OL named Ayumi struggling with learning the ropes of the hectic business world, but somehow she manages to develop an odd relationship with the normally reserved and stand-offish section chief Ishizawa (Sorimachi)...
Was so excited to see this that I watched the first episode sans subtitles and I must say that even without understanding the finer points of the drama, it seems to be a good one, showcasing that wonderful Haruka Sweetness we've come to expect from her!
Of course it would be great if some kind soul picked this one up for translating, but I already blew my three wishes for this season and since they've all tentatively been granted, I'll be satisfied watching this raw!
