Holy Crap, I’ve always known that actress Mayumi Sada was one HELL of a SEXY girl, and I guess it’s pretty common knowledge to everyone else, too, if you consider that most if not ALL of her various appearances in dramas have always been (for the most part) that of the uber-attractive vixen, but MAN, something about her portrayal of the deliciously DEVILISH Nishino Wakako in the extremely funny Aragaki Yui/Tachi Hiroshi drama PAPA TO MUSUME NO NANOKAN just pushed me over the edge! Man is this woman fine!!!

Sada Mayumi in Tsubasa Oreta Tenshi-Tachi |
 |
As the conniving Nishino in Papa To Musume No Nanokan |
Like most of you out there, Maya was introduced to me as the first of many gorgeous girls as Shizuka in both Hana Yori Dango 1 and 2…. Taking one look at this beautiful model, and you can’t help but sympathize with Rui!

As the Sophisticated Shizuka in Hana Yori Dango |
Next I saw her as a sleek ‘n’ sexy bar hostess, the top drawer of a rival bar in Ginza, who forms a group of girls to hijack Masahiro Matsuoka’s bar one night (hijack: take up all the seats so that no “real” customers can get in) Ah, this was the first sign of how evil she could get!!!!

A Killer Vixen in Yaoh! |
Then I saw her in a brief appearance in the Ueto Aya story in the popular Tsubasa Oreta Tenshi Tachi series, this time as a glamourous high-end saleswoman, who really makes an impression on Aya (and Me), as she represents all that Aya aspires to be: refined, respected and HAPPY. Love how the casting people said, :Hey, who can we get that gives off the aura of a refined, respected woman?” “Get Sada Mayumi!”
 |
As REIKA in "Handsome Suit" |
As if to up the ante just another notch, the next time I saw Mayumi was playing REIKA, an OVER THE TOP jet-setting world famous model who somehow falls for Muga Tsukaji disguised as Shosuke Tanihara in the hilarious HANDSOME SUIT. They had so much makeup and effects on Mayumi in this one, I think it actually distracted from her natural beauty! When Yer THIS good looking, ya shouldn’t HAVE to put so much camouflage on!

Sada Mayumi in Papa To Musume No Nanokan |
From there I saw her in a handful of other things, (like guesting in Osen and Hataraki Man) but none of these really made too much of an impression with me, though I still thought she was pretty as heck. But then that wacky Aragaki Yui drama came up, and though I began watching it solely for Gakkichan (who in fact, is AS CUTE AS CAN BE here) but by episode 2, I was totally watching every move that Mayumi made!
Gahhh, It seems like Papa To Musume To Nanokan is only 7 episodes long! 7 episodes? MAN- that’s not enough time to enjoy both Yui Aragaki AND Mayumi Sada! Somebody tack some more chapters onto this show right now! All Hail to the Bronzed Goddess!
