Despite my disappointments of late with Yesasia (including my recent rant about receiving a crushed copy of Apink’s “Une Annee”), I unwisely decided to use them again when ordering my latest pull because I wanted to get all my picks from one place.
So It had been over two weeks since I put in the order, and I was beginning to check the mailboxes since I figured the package would be arriving any time now. Imagine my surprise when instead I got an email from them telling me that they were unable to obtain one of the items and was canceling it from my order.
WTF! I don’t mind them canceling the item if it was out of stock, but you mean to tell me the REST my order has just been SITTING THERE and hasn't shipped out yet after TWO WEEKS?!!! I mean, I appreciate them trying to obtain the CD in question, but it would have been nice if they’d TOLD ME about the situation-why didn’t they EMAIL ME and ASK me if I wanted to cancel the item instead of holding back the ENTIRE SHIPMENT?!
Dammit, so just today I get an email from them telling me my order (minus the unavailable CD) just shipped out TODAY. So that means on top of the two weeks I've ALREADY waited, I’ve got another at LEAST another TWO MORE to sit through! Grrr.
