Something quite mesmerizing watching Alice Hirose and Mitsuki Takahata, both actresses I really LOVE, hawking LION brand toothpaste in a CM campaign from a few months back, brushing and dancing along with a peppy song while posing the question: are you a SLOW brusher or a FAST brusher?
At first seeming like one of those silly campaigns like the recent TWIX commercials, (where they ask if you are a RIGHT side Twix fan or a LEFT side Twix fan), clicking on the info link, there actually ARE two different kinds of tooth-care lines catering to each type of brusher? That is CRAZY!
From the official LION webpage, they state: "New Proposal for Choosing Oral Care Items According to Your Style Launch of New Brand “OCH-TUNE” Fast Style & Slow Style Toothpastes, Toothbrushes, and Mouthwashes!"
Huh, who knew! As for me, the MAIN comeaway from these commercials is NOT how I brush my teeth, slow, fast or otherwise...but how doggone CUTE both Alice and Mitsuki are!
HAHAHA, I love the parts where Alice and Mitsuki are robotically dancing and swaying along, these behind the scenes parts of CMS are the best, watching them amuse themselves even as they professionally carry themselves thru the shoot!
PS: Wonder who chose this pairing of beauties for this CM? At first I thought they got these two because them were from the same agency, but Alice is from Foster+PLus and Mitsuki is represented by Horipro. Did they do a movie together or something? Whatever the reason, it was an inspired choice!
